We are unable to move furniture, clean up pet messes, or handle any biohazard situations. Additionally, we do not clean houses with live pests (roaches, bed bugs, rats, fleas, etc.) or unsafe environments (aggressive pets or people, visible black mold, active construction). If our technicians encounter an unsafe environment, they reserve the right to leave, and you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.
By agreeing to this, you understand that Just Peachy Clean does not remove pet messes or biohazard messes (including feces or urine from any source—human, pet, mouse, kitty litter, etc.).
You understand that we cannot move furniture due to liability issues. We will clean all reachable fixtures and appliances in place, and those that cannot be reached will be addressed with an extendable duster to the best of our ability. The extent to which these items are cleaned varies by service type (Top to Bottom Clean vs. Recurring Maintenance). We do not bring in step ladders for maintenance or priority cleans, and our techs cannot use your step ladders to remain OSHA compliant.
️ You acknowledge that we cannot clean without water and/or electricity. If there is no water and/or power when our techs arrive, you will be charged the full price, and the cleaning will not be performed.
You understand that while we will do our best to mitigate buildup, we cannot guarantee the removal of stains in kitchen cabinets, tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, or grout lines, including staining from mold or mineral buildup due to hard water or negligence.
You acknowledge that some dust resettlement may occur after the cleaning service. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot entirely prevent it.
Our 100% Peachy Guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with your clean, you can contact our office, and we will do our best to send someone back within 24 hours (unless it falls over a weekend). However, we do not offer refunds.

You understand that we use a microfiber mopping system and recommend having your hard floors deep cleaned by a professional hard flooring cleaning service once or twice a year. This is the equivalent of vacuuming carpets versus having them professionally shampooed.
