• 📆 Skip/Cancellation/Reschedule/Lockout:
    • To reschedule, cancel, or skip your service, please call 386-290-7594 during business hours (8:30-5:00 M-F). You understand that you may be charged up to a 50% partial fee if you cancel service with less than 36 hours’ notice (nights and weekends do not count towards the 36 hours). You also understand that any retainer you have paid towards your clean will be forfeited if you do not give 36 hours’ notice (not including nights and weekends); however, if you give proper notice, your retainer can be applied to a different day.
    • Recurring Service Skip Fee: Your next clean will be charged accordingly:
      • Weekly: Charged Bi-Weekly Rate for Next Visit
      • Bi-Weekly: Charged Monthly Rate for Next Visit
      • Monthly (every 4 weeks): Charged a 50% Increase for Next Visit
      • After the next visit, your rate will return to the normal service charge. We must strictly adhere to this policy to prevent lost wages for your cleaning professionals.
    • Lock Out: You understand that you may be billed a 75% partial fee for failing to provide access to the home upon arrival, if we are unable to clean (no power, no water, pests, etc.), or if you turn us away at the door. There are no exceptions after the first incident. Any retainer you have paid towards your clean will be forfeited if our technicians do not have access to the home on the day of the clean.
    • 💳 Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Any retainers charged are non-refundable once your card is charged. Your credit card number will be securely retained as backup payment for undisputed delinquent balances. If payment is not received within 36 hours, a $15 late fee will be applied.
    • 🎉 Holidays: If you wish to reschedule, cancel, or skip your cleaning during a holiday week, a two-week notice prior to your cleaning is required. If less than two weeks’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card.
    • 🧾 You understand that Just Peachy Clean does not offer refunds. We re-clean until you are satisfied.
    • 💲 Tipping: Tipping is greatly appreciated but not required. A suggested tipping range is 10 to 15% of the fee before sales tax. If you wish to add tipping to your credit card payments, please call our office.
    • ⬆️ Rate Increases: We reserve the right to raise our rates at any time. You will be given advance notice of a price increase.
