Q: Do I have to schedule the actual cleaning on Black Friday?
A: No. You just need to book and prepay between 12 PM and 5 PM on Black Friday. Your actual Top-to-Bottom Deep Clean will be scheduled for a later date, based on availability.

Q: When do my 6 recurring visits start?
A: Recurring visits must begin within 60 days of your deep clean. You can choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly frequency.

Q: Are there refunds if my plans change?
A: All sales are final for this special event. There are no refunds, exchanges, or substitutions on this Black Friday offer.

Q: Can I change my frequency later?
A: Yes, in most cases we can adjust your frequency as long as it fits our schedule and updated pricing. Your Black Friday discount applies to the initial Top-to-Bottom Deep Clean only.

Q: What if I need to reschedule my deep clean?
A: No problem—our standard reschedule policy applies. We just ask for 36 business hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule.

Q: Can I combine this with another coupon or discount?
A: No. This is already our biggest discount of the year and cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
